Junior Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. You will work on a variety of legal matters, supporting the organization’s business objectives while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and legal documents such as NDAs, procurement and purchase contracts, and service agreements.
• Assist in litigation and legal proceedings before courts, government agencies, and other authorities.
• Provide corporate legal support to group entities.
• Handle real‑estate related legal matters for the group.
• Develop, implement, and update relevant legal policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with business colleagues to achieve results with an acceptable level of legal risk.

Required profile

• Up to 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Experience in contractual law, corporate law, dispute resolution, and real‑estate law.
• Fluent English.
