About the role

Oliver Wyman is looking for a Junior Presentation Designer to join its creative team in Mexico City. This entry‑level position works on template‑based design tasks, supporting senior creatives while developing core design skills in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply the brand’s visual identity and style guidelines to all deliverables.
• Execute design tasks using established templates and style guides.
• Follow documented processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Receive assignments from senior creatives or project managers and deliver them on time.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and incorporate feedback.
• Explore new design tools and techniques to enhance personal creativity.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and briefs.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidance.
• Good time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to work both morning (8 AM‑5 PM) or afternoon (2 PM‑11 PM) shifts.
• Effective communication and willingness to collaborate with team members.
