About the role

BlueScope is seeking a Machine Operator to join its production team. The role involves working on the shop floor to assemble components, fasten screws, and operate assembly machinery in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to specifications.
• Perform screw fastening and related assembly tasks.
• Operate and monitor assembly machines safely and efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
