Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer will design and implement functional systems that keep production and plant equipment continuously available and operating at optimal conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and control inventory of preventive and predictive spare parts for building and production equipment (Tool Crib).
• Order materials, evaluate suppliers, and generate cost savings.
• Track timely delivery of materials, tools, and services to the maintenance department.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities with maintenance technicians.
• Manage chemical inventory for the maintenance department and production equipment.
• Apply predictive maintenance techniques to applicable equipment.
• Analyze and resolve equipment issues or improvement opportunities together with maintenance and automation engineers.

Required profile

• Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
• Ability to manage spare‑part and chemical inventories.
• Strong coordination skills to work with technicians and engineering teams.
• Proactive approach to cost‑effective sourcing and supplier management.
