About the role

We are seeking experienced educators in management and leadership to help shape AI models that simulate organizational behavior and decision‑making. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you apply your academic expertise to improve AI‑driven tools used by companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for realism and accuracy.
• Assess AI reasoning on team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that refines how AI models approach managerial thinking.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and spot logical trade‑offs.
• Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
