Manager, Partnerships F&S LatAm

About the role

Netflix is seeking a senior manager to lead the Partnerships Finance & Strategy (F&S) function for the Latin America region. Based in Mexico City, you will work closely with Business Development, Product, and Partner Engagement teams to evaluate, launch, and optimise bundle partnerships that drive growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the financial impact of partnership opportunities, primarily bundles, through rigorous quantitative analysis.
• Develop financial projections, scenario models, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Provide data‑driven guidance to the Business Development team during negotiations.
• Monitor post‑launch performance, extract actionable insights, and recommend best practices.
• Produce global analyses of bundle performance and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product to identify and prioritise initiatives that enhance the Netflix experience for bundled offerings.
• Support cross‑functional teams such as Data Science, Engineering, and Consumer Insights with analytical inputs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting or a comparable analytical role.
• Proven ability to conduct independent, comprehensive quantitative analyses.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High intellectual curiosity, results‑orientation, and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
