Manufacturing Engineer – Automotive Production

About the role

International Automotive Components (IAC) Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support its fast‑paced automotive production environment. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, evaluate equipment performance, and ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the impact of engineering changes on manufacturing processes, machinery and equipment and coordinate their implementation.
• Evaluate equipment and process performance during launch phases and define tooling or accessory requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as AMEF, flowcharts, and maintain PFMEA records, reducing RPNs in the SIA document control system.
• Implement poka‑yoke systems and lead cost‑reduction projects.
• Design and implement new manufacturing processes and evaluate new machinery in line with CAI standards.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvement and participate in Quality Circles.

Required profile

• 3 + years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency and dynamic energy.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree (fields such as IIA, IMI mentioned).
