NPI Launch Engineer

About the role

The NPI Launch Engineer will join Littelfuse’s New Product Introduction team, reporting to the NPI and Launch Manager. This role focuses on designing, developing, and evaluating techniques and procedures to support new product development and enhancements across our global manufacturing footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify and evaluate standard techniques, procedures and criteria for new product projects.
• Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests and evaluate results.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and define testing activities to meet project requirements.
• Plan, implement and manage compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of engineering experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of engineering practices and product development processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
