Operations & Planning Manager – Wholesale (Mexico/LatAm)

About the role

Montblanc is looking for an Operations & Planning Manager to support its wholesale sales team across Mexico and Latin America. The role ensures that the right products are available at the right time, aligning local market needs with the brand’s global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build monthly and quarterly sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
• Allocate stock across boutique stores, wholesale partners, and e‑commerce channels.
• Control inventory levels, turnover, and stock coverage while processing sales orders.
• Optimize product distribution, rebalance stock between locations, and coordinate returns or excess inventory transfers.
• Manage end‑to‑end supply flow from headquarters to Mexico, monitor shipments, and resolve customs or regulatory risks.
• Oversee boutique operational excellence, ensure compliance with global brand standards, and support store openings or renovations.
• Track KPIs such as sales performance, inventory turnover, and conversion rates, delivering insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, finance, and supply‑chain teams to implement global projects locally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in retail operations, demand/supply planning, preferably in luxury or fashion.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
