About the role

We are seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our fast‑paced legal team in Chihuahua. You will oversee a high‑volume caseload from intake through resolution, ensuring clients receive attentive and professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases end‑to‑end, from initial intake to final settlement.
• Prepare legal documents, demand packages and related filings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, attorneys and insurance companies.
• Handle client communications via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
• Resolve medical liens, billing issues and coordinate with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate, organized case records in digital systems.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
• Familiarity with U.S. legal processes and a paperless, tech‑savvy mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
