Plant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at our European Bag‑in‑Box manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards.
• Lead daily plant operations, meeting production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Coach and develop plant teams to build a high‑performing, engaged workforce.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational and quality issues quickly, driving preventive and corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and take proactive steps to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability activities to ensure equipment uptime.
• Support the industrialisation of new products and processes.

Required profile

• Proactive, action‑oriented decision‑maker in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably packaging, plastics or food.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and build a performance culture.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high operational standards.
