About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production, cost control, and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage plant operations including budgeting, production scheduling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyze production costs and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in plant management or manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
• Strong communication and managerial skills.
