Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer at Cornelius Manufacturing, part of the global Marmon Holdings family, you will lead medium‑scale process and manufacturing improvement projects. Working under broad supervision, you will help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned medium‑scale process or manufacturing improvement projects.
• Implement process improvements that meet established quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and solve technical problems that arise during project execution.
• Create and maintain project documentation and facilitate communication with relevant personnel.
• Monitor project timelines and costs to ensure successful completion.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing improvement.
• Ability to work under broad supervision while taking ownership of project outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for documentation and team coordination.
