Procure to Pay Manager

About the role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Procure to Pay Manager to lead end‑to‑end Accounts Payable (AP) service delivery for North America. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant invoice processing, payment execution, and post‑payment controls while supporting the company’s financial integrity and cash‑flow optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full AP lifecycle, including 3‑way match, exception handling, approvals, vendor statements, payment runs and post‑payment controls.
• Set objectives, SLAs and escalation paths for AP Supervisors; coach leaders to develop their teams.
• Define, monitor and act on KPIs such as on‑time payment %, touchless rate, invoice cycle time, DPO and aging metrics.
• Ensure month‑end close activities: accruals, GR/IR reconciliation and G/L reconciliations are completed on schedule.
• Conduct systematic vendor statement reconciliations and resolve root‑cause issues.
• Maintain robust controls, segregation of duties and documentation to meet GAAP/IFRS and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Accounts Payable operations and leading supervisory teams.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, 3‑way matching and payment workflows.
• Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls and audit readiness.
• Ability to define, track and improve performance metrics.
