Procurement Specialist – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will ensure a continuous flow of materials that support manufacturing operations. Working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customer orders, this role directly impacts on‑time delivery, order accuracy, and overall supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the purchase order (PO) process, ensuring timely execution and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve supply issues.
• Support order management activities, including status updates, changes, pricing, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure material availability aligned with customer demand and plant requirements.
• Monitor and improve on‑time delivery (OTD) and order accuracy metrics.
• Resolve operational issues related to payments, shipments, and supply constraints.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and assist with reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, order management, or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience managing purchase orders and supplier coordination.
• Background in customer service or order processing environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Visa availability for occasional travel (≈15%).

• SAP (ERP system).
• Microsoft Office suite.
