Product Strategy & Business Manager – Luxury & Skin Care

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Product Strategy & Business Manager to lead our luxury and skin‑care portfolio in Mexico City. The role combines commercial strategy, portfolio optimisation and cross‑functional leadership to drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material, retail assets and inventory, ensuring proper rotation and availability.
• Analyse commercial needs, optimise resources and eliminate unnecessary costs such as excess testers.
• Oversee a portfolio of 400‑600 SKUs, applying strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
• Implement commercial plans, collaborate across departments and report results to headquarters.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of two, fostering motivation and capability.
• Collect and interpret retailer data to support smarter business decisions.
• Identify, implement and champion AI and technology solutions to automate processes and improve decision‑making.
• Monitor market trends, competitor moves and emerging opportunities, adjusting the portfolio accordingly.

Required profile

• Experience in premium/luxury, pharmaceuticals, skin‑care or FMCG sectors.
• Fluent English (C1) and strong strategic, long‑term thinking.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High resilience, emotional intelligence and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments and new business challenges.
