Production Coordinator (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Production Coordinator to provide operational capacity across our fast‑growing creative operations team. Working remotely within PST or EST time zones, you will keep multiple client projects moving smoothly without constant oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflows for several active clients and projects.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the liaison between internal teams, vendors, contractors, and client contacts.
• Support onboarding and operational setup for new clients alongside the Production Lead.
• Identify blockers early and keep projects progressing without frequent escalations.
• Improve departmental workflows and operational organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing production workflows in agency, media, or content‑production environments.
• Strong operational judgment and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple simultaneous projects in a fast‑paced setting.
