Project Engineer – Capital Projects

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Project Engineer and lead the planning, development, and execution of capital projects that support world‑class manufacturing, growth, and productivity. You will work within the supply chain and capital expense framework, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver capital and technical agendas during development phases of investment projects.
• Develop capital budgets, forecast cash flow, and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Implement engineering standards and support state‑of‑the‑art process and equipment strategies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to harmonize assets and roll out best practices.
• Oversee capital project execution and ensure results meet Mondelēz standards and business processes.
