About the role
We are looking for a high‑level Project Management Coordinator to support our clients’ business development processes. This remote position involves administrative, customer‑service and project‑management tasks while helping partners grow their businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate all elements of clients’ business needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a primary point of contact.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
- Create and edit graphic assets and digital content.
- Maintain and update social‑media channels, digital advertising campaigns, and website content.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Superior writing skills and keen eye for graphic design.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow systematic processes.

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management
- Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Social Media Posting and Advertising (preferred)
- Digital Advertising (preferred)
- Website content management (preferred)
What we offer
- Compensation starting at $1,500 per month (USD).
