Project Manager

About the role

Konovo is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of survey fieldwork for its healthcare research platform. This remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment, collaborating with client services, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality data on time and within margin.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale agile project management practices for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to define scope, set priorities, and maintain project roadmaps.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor deadlines, operational goals, and business requirements to guarantee timely delivery.
• Identify and control scope creep, maintaining data quality and margin accuracy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing quantitative research projects (preferred).
• Excellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; background in public health, social sciences, marketing, or business is a plus.
