QC Manager – Apparel (Mexico City)

About the role

Quince is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead QC operations for its apparel manufacturing partners in Mexico City. You will ensure that raw materials, in‑process production, and finished goods meet the company’s high standards for quality, sustainability, and ethical production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee QC activities at factories, including inspections of raw materials, in‑line production, and finished products.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing partners on in‑line quality control, first‑production qualification, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve quality‑related issues, such as customer complaints and non‑conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on inspection results, audits, and non‑conformance findings.
• Ensure factories comply with Quince’s standards and maintain accurate documentation of inspections and test results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in quality control, preferably within apparel or related manufacturing.
