Recruiter (Headhunting Focus) – Full-Time Remote

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter with a strong headhunting focus to join Rosenblum Law’s remote team. The role involves full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, supporting our fast‑growing legal practice.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Conduct passive candidate sourcing and headhunting across multiple channels.
- Utilise platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems to build pipelines.
- Interview candidates, assess fit, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a focus on headhunting.
- Proven ability to close hard‑to‑fill positions independently.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet hiring deadlines.
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Indeed.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
