Regional Cash Management Supervisor – Mexico City

About the role

As a Regional Cash Management Supervisor you will lead a team responsible for daily cash and liquidity management across North America. You will ensure accurate cash forecasting, position, and target balance management while collaborating with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a diverse, high‑performing team that maintains a 90‑day rolling cash forecast.
• Manage cash and liquidity metrics, drawing insights to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with regional and global cash‑management peers to share best practices and standardize processes.
• Partner with Global Delivery Center and Global Service Centers on trade finance, guarantees, banking infrastructure, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements such as FX control.
• Support regular FX exposure monitoring in partnership with treasury/finance areas.
• Maintain the company’s banking infrastructure and relationships, monitoring service and pricing structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (verified prior to start).
• Minimum five years of treasury experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Knowledge and experience in cash and liquidity management across the Americas, especially the United States.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Advanced education or certifications such as MBA, CTP, CFA, or local equivalents.
• Proven experience leading teams or direct reports.
