About the role
BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support its commercial strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth across Mexico. The role will oversee the implementation of national sales initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Support and follow up the national commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams, including dealers.
- Develop and strengthen the dealer network and key strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver a premium customer experience.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in automotive sales operations within a corporate environment.
- Strong background in new vehicle retail operations.
- Proven skills in network development and negotiation.
- Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on results.
- English proficiency for collaboration with global teams.
- Ability to travel nationwide.
