Remote Project Manager for Technology Projects

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress, providing direction to team members.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Facilitate clear communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
