About the role
The Sales Administration Analyst supports multiple internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and data integrity. You will act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success, Marketing and Product, helping the company deliver reliable data‑driven solutions across Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Success Management and Marketing departments.
- Manage Salesforce operations: review, update, upload/download accounts, and locate leads and opportunities.
- Perform database cleanup, update records, send contracts and handle modifications.
- Serve as primary point of contact between Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Service and other departments.
- Develop remedial plans for platform, technical, communication and process issues.
- Create, cross‑reference and analyse databases.
- Update user information in platforms, including registration and depuration.
- Submit tickets to the operations department.
- Analyze accounts and assign leads to sales representatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sales administration or supporting sales representatives.
- Strong organization, patience, proactivity, planning and prioritisation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Advanced English language skills.
