SAP BTP Developer – Backend Focus

About the role

As a SAP BTP Developer you will join the global Asset Lifecycle Management team, contributing to the design, development and operation of SAP BTP solutions. Your main focus will be backend development using SAP BTP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) with Java.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance global BTP applications in an agile environment.
• Design, implement and optimise technical solutions based on user stories and requirements.
• Review code, test features against acceptance criteria and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with other development teams and external service providers to find optimal technical solutions.
• Support the full asset and vehicle lifecycle processes across new, used and rental business lines.

Required profile

• Several years of software development experience.
• Proactive attitude with ideas for product improvement beyond coding.
• Comfortable working in international teams and communicating fluently in English.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum.
