Senior Graphic Designer – Consumer Business Group

About the role

3M is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join its Consumer Business Group in Mexico City. You will work within cross‑functional teams to create graphic and packaging assets for global brands, helping to deliver best‑in‑class consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, production art managers, packaging engineers and agency partners to develop and execute brand‑aligned graphics and packaging.
• Prepare artwork files for print production and ensure accurate implementation of brand guidelines.
• Lead multiple design projects independently, coordinating with Brand Design Principals and Creative Directors.
• Partner across functions to translate marketing briefs into clear design objectives.
• Conduct research on design trends, consumer feedback, and technology to inform design decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in graphic and packaging design.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in global, cross‑functional teams.
• Curiosity and a passion for innovative, consumer‑focused design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to lead design discussions.
