Senior Project Manager – Design, Animation & Video Production

About the role

Monks is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in design, animation, and video editing at scale. The role is client‑facing and requires close collaboration with major advertising clients to deliver high‑quality digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with top clients to produce digital advertising assets, overseeing in‑house design, illustration, and animation teams.
• Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet brand, strategy, and quality standards.
• Scope and quote projects, propose timelines and budgets in collaboration with senior leads.
• Brief team members on delivery objectives, track progress, and communicate updates across time zones.
• Schedule, prioritize, and allocate resources, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to guarantee milestone delivery.
• Lead and mentor a regional team of producers and designers.

Required profile

• At least 2 + years of hands‑on experience as a Producer or Project Manager in digital advertising or creative production.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of fast‑paced design and animation workflows.
• Technical insight to anticipate and resolve planning or production challenges.
