Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software outsourcing projects for INDI. Working remotely, you will coordinate multicultural teams worldwide, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to apply consistent HR policies.
• Verify project viability, allocate equipment and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure team compliance with established processes.
• Implement process improvements and changes.
• Monitor progress and control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain customer and team satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years managing software outsourcing projects (time‑and‑material, personnel, budgets).
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Experience in IT environments and Agile methodology.
• Background as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
