Senior QA Engineer – Automation & Manual Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead and coordinate quality assurance activities for our projects in Guadalajara. You will act as the main liaison for stakeholders, drive test strategy, and deliver both manual and automated testing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for QA‑related topics, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and managers.
• Coordinate and lead the QA team, prioritize tasks, distribute work and resolve blockers.
• Define and document test strategy, test cases, and QA processes aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, PyTest, unittest or Robot Framework.
• Implement mobile automation with Appium for Android and iOS, including hybrid and webview testing.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and manage test execution across environments.
• Conduct API testing and validation using Postman and REST Assured.
• Monitor and report testing metrics, test coverage and defect tracking.
• Validate French translations early in development (French B1 certification).

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience leading QA teams.
• French language proficiency at B1 level.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
