Senior VP of Sales LATAM

About the role

Bizzdesign is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales for the LATAM region to drive enterprise expansion and revenue growth. The role is remote‑friendly and based in Mexico City, reporting directly to global leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the LATAM go‑to‑market strategy, adapting and innovating as needed.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing regional sales team.
• Open new markets, expand existing enterprise accounts, and accelerate regional growth.
• Build strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence and generate pipeline.
• Engage C‑level executives as a trusted advisor and transformation partner.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Provide clear, data‑driven forecasting and commercial insights to global leadership.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
• 5+ years in senior regional leadership roles with a proven track record of scaling sales organizations.
• Deep understanding of LATAM markets, culture, and enterprise buying cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to sell value‑based solutions to C‑level executives in complex sales cycles.
• Experience building and managing partner ecosystems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Legal/compliance knowledge is a strong advantage.
