SEO Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Associate Manager to lead the day‑to‑day SEO strategy for a portfolio of healthcare clients. You will work closely with senior managers, translate SEO and AI‑driven insights into actionable plans, and serve as the SEO subject‑matter expert within a cross‑functional pod.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO and AI‑optimized (AIO) strategy for assigned healthcare accounts, from onboarding through ongoing execution.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align SEO best practices with client business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, mapping and content strategy to drive traditional and AI‑search visibility.
• Perform hands‑on technical optimization in WordPress, including on‑page elements, site structure and performance improvements.
• Produce monthly performance reports and communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and senior SEO managers on larger, complex projects.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Self‑directed, growth‑oriented professional with experience as a Senior SEO Specialist.
• Comfortable leading client‑facing strategy conversations and managing multiple accounts.
