Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our local social media operations in Mexico. You will shape the brand’s online presence, drive audience engagement, and ensure that our content resonates with Mexican internet culture and trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with branding and campaign goals.
• Manage day‑to‑day publishing schedules, community interaction, and online reputation.
• Collaborate with design, branding, and marketing teams to produce localized UGC, trend‑based, educational, and campaign storytelling content.
• Support influencer, KOL/KOC, and creator collaborations.
• Analyze platform performance, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness, delivering regular reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Deep understanding of Mexican social media culture and consumer behavior.
• Proven track record managing brand social accounts at scale, preferably in fintech, lifestyle, consumer internet, or startup environments.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and bilingual communication (Spanish & English).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.
