Solutions Engineer – LATAM

About the role

The Solutions Engineer for LATAM will showcase and adapt Geotab’s IoT and connected‑vehicle platform for partners and end‑users. You will translate customer needs into customized solutions, leveraging Geotab’s open ecosystem to solve real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, customer care, product management and other engineering teams to define solution requirements.
• Develop tools, educational content and technical documentation for internal teams and external partners.
• Identify gaps in the product ecosystem, propose alternative solutions and feed feedback to product and development teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding partners and end‑users in the optimal use of Geotab technologies.
• Support revenue‑generating teams as a technical resource during pre‑sales and implementation phases.
