S&OP Leader

About the role

The S&OP Leader will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our planning processes across partners and operating companies. This role ensures accurate demand and supply planning, aligns forecasts with production capabilities, and supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enforce planning process scope, roles, and responsibilities between partners and OpCos.
• Create demand and supply plans, monitor associated KPIs, and address visibility gaps through root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with OpCos to define demand plans for ROFO cycles and annual/strategic planning.
• Develop shipment plans based on forecasts, supply‑chain constraints, and stock analysis, working closely with breweries.
• Lead demand, supply, and alignment review meetings within the local S&OP cycle, serving as the primary data source for S&OP activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain planning.
• High proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Self‑driven with strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
