Sourcing Manager – Corporate & Professional Services

About the role

As a member of Mondelēz International’s Corporate Professional Services Global Sourcing team, you will drive strategic sourcing initiatives across key sub‑categories such as consulting, HR services, and contingent labor. You will partner with local businesses and global category teams to deliver measurable value and ensure best‑practice sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing strategy and execution for one or more CPS sub‑categories.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals and transformation priorities.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed innovation, sustainability, and cost‑saving programs.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to influence senior leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Proven procurement experience across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, risk management, and financial impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multicultural teams.
