Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel valued, motivated, and willing to take academic risks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development, and uphold high educational standards.
• Contribute to the school’s co‑curricular programme, leading clubs or initiatives that enrich the overall student experience.
• Maintain open communication with parents, building strong partnerships to support each child’s academic and personal growth.
