Strategic Security Director

About the role

The Strategic Security Director will design, implement and oversee the company’s comprehensive security strategy. Reporting directly to ownership and strategic partners, this high‑visibility position ensures the protection of people, assets and facilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and execute the Master Security Plan and corporate security policies.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Labor regulations and other public authority requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate operational, physical and strategic risks.
• Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee CCTV systems, access‑control solutions and physical security across all sites.
• Manage monitoring centres and security personnel for efficient operation.
• Lead crisis preparedness, response plans and post‑incident communication.
• Design strategies to prevent asset loss and lead internal investigations of fraud or irregularities.
• Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies and infrastructure.
• Coordinate civil‑protection programs, training drills and security service provider contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the security sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong diagnostic, anticipatory and strategic execution capabilities.
• High emotional intelligence, crisis‑management expertise and proven team‑leadership skills.
