Strategy Consultant (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Strategy Consultant to shape and execute growth, market, and operating model strategies for clients across Mexico and Latin America. You will work at the intersection of rigorous analysis and practical execution, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic engagements such as market assessments, growth and portfolio strategy, commercial due diligence, operating model design, pricing, and transformation roadmaps.
• Structure ambiguous problems, build fact bases, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial and market models, size opportunities, and assess competitive dynamics.
• Prepare crisp client deliverables and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support PMO and change‑management activities as needed.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, with end‑to‑end workstream leadership.
• Strong hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving approach and comfort with ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in market modeling and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish and proven stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and Latin America based on project needs.
