Supply Chain Finance Controller

About the role

The Supply Chain Finance Controller will ensure continuous monitoring, analysis and proactive reporting of supply chain financial performance. You will act as a finance business partner to supply‑chain managers, providing visibility on key financial KPIs and supporting strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and regularly report on SCPIs, budgets, accruals and provisions.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting for supply‑chain functions, coordinating with local finance teams and preparing bottom‑up plans.
• Execute monthly financial closing, group reporting and landed‑cost calculations (ICP, FX impact, inbound logistics, VAS, customs and taxes).
• Perform forecast vs. actual analyses, verify and consolidate data at the Management Unit level.
• Collaborate with the supply‑chain team on continuous‑improvement initiatives (WOC, scrap, forecast accuracy, service level, DCS, GE Supply Chain).
• Conduct mandatory RCM SC controlling controls and support internal and external audits.
• Serve as the nominated expert for specific KPIs, driving efficiency across the EM region.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or controlling.
• Experience in supply‑chain finance is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work in a matrix organisation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
