Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment in Monterrey. The role ensures material availability, drives production planning, optimises inventory and oversees warehouse activities to meet customer demand and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Lead S&OP and demand‑planning processes to balance demand, capacity and inventory.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.
• Oversee material planning, inventory management and replenishment to optimise working capital.
• Manage production planning and scheduling to maximise efficiency and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Customer Service to execute supply chain plans.
• Direct warehouse operations for raw materials, WIP and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as inventory turns, forecast accuracy, schedule attainment and service level.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce costs and strengthen stability.
• Support ERP optimisation and maintain data integrity across planning and warehouse systems.
• Participate in strategic projects such as capacity expansion, digital transformation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or materials management within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross‑functional projects and drive results.
