Team Manager – Mexico City

About the role

As a Team Manager in Mexico City you will act as a role model for the store team and the wider business, delivering world‑class customer experiences while driving sales performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager to build a personal client portfolio, increase repurchase rates and maximise cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage the sales floor to ensure optimal product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and cross‑selling.
• Analyse market trends and client needs to create strategies that boost product performance.
• Deliver client development training and team animations to enhance sales results.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on business ownership and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
• Extensive people‑management experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Agile mindset able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
