Technical Product Manager – Mexico City

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the definition, delivery, and evolution of complex technical product platforms and services. The role bridges business strategy with engineering execution, requiring strong platform thinking, architectural awareness, and hands‑on product definition skills.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and alignment with the roadmap.
• Act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies – sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with architects, program managers and business functions to design scalable, secure and reusable platform capabilities.
• Own the delivery of technical products, platforms, APIs or shared services from concept through launch.
• Ensure platform components are built using modern practices such as micro‑services, cloud platforms, CI/CD and distributed systems.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in product management or software engineering with a strong technical focus.
• Proven ability to write epics, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Experience delivering products in agile or hybrid environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
