Technical Project Manager

About the role

BRYSK Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple client engagements. The role blends project management, client advisory, and hands‑on systems work, focusing on operational automation using no‑code and low‑code platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality.
• Serve as the primary client contact, lead discovery sessions, translate operational pain points into system solutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate structured meetings, drive decisions, and surface risks or blockers early.
• Work alongside Solutions Engineers on active tickets, coordinating delivery and contributing hands‑on to automation and no‑code builds.
• Break down requirements into clear task plans, define automation sequences, and assign ownership.
• Configure, set up, and QA workflows using platforms such as Make, Airtable, and Softr.
• Maintain and improve internal delivery frameworks, documentation, and operational playbooks.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in project management, operations, or client‑facing delivery roles.
• High comfort with structured productivity tools (Notion, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with at least one automation or no‑code platform (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Softr).
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
