About the role
The Training & Development Specialist will manage core training processes for local personnel and lead the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs. This role supports both new and experienced employees by ensuring effective learning experiences across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate core training processes for local staff.
- Research, propose, design, and implement training and development programs.
- Conduct training sessions and evaluate trainee performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on program design and delivery.
- Coach less‑experienced peers and support their skill development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks.
- High ethical standards and personal accountability.
- Experience with training needs analysis, program measurement, and leadership development.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Articulate or similar e‑learning authoring tools.
