Training Specialist

About the role

Geotab is looking for a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for resellers, customers, and employees. You will translate complex technology into clear learning experiences that showcase the value of Geotab’s product suite, including Marketplace Partner integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training experiences that enable partners, customers, and employees to succeed with Geotab’s platform.
• Map training plans, facilitate comprehensive onboarding and technical training, and adapt curriculum to diverse audience needs.
• Create training materials aligned with business priorities and support the implementation and ongoing use of the myLearning LMS.
• Act as a product subject‑matter expert, staying current on evolving solutions and supporting global strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Clear communicator with a patient approach.
• Ability to engage learners and convey technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Required skills

• Experience using an LMS platform (myLearning).
