About the role
UPS is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent support to its clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, documenting concerns, and ensuring timely resolution. You will work within a dynamic team that supports multiple internal groups.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly.
- Document incoming information related to customer concerns accurately.
- Investigate and gather evidence until each case is fully resolved.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and internal requests.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or other departments.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in Spanish to interact with customers.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain detailed records.
- Attention to detail and commitment to completing investigations thoroughly.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with various internal groups.
- Commitment to UPS’s values of integrity and respect.
