About the role
We are looking for bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a new project, providing assistance to customers via phone and chat. The role focuses on purchase‑related inquiries and aims to deliver a high‑quality experience for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional support through phone and chat channels.
- Assist customers with purchase questions and order inquiries.
- Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
- Accurately document interactions and follow company procedures.
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism in English.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Completion of a one‑way video interview.
- Availability for the scheduled training and onboarding.

What we offer
- One week of paid training followed by a week of on‑the‑job experience.
- Flexible work mode (remote with occasional onsite in Barranquilla).
