About the role

We are looking for bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a new project, providing assistance to customers via phone and chat. The role focuses on purchase‑related inquiries and aims to deliver a high‑quality experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support through phone and chat channels.
• Assist customers with purchase questions and order inquiries.
• Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Accurately document interactions and follow company procedures.
• Maintain strong communication and professionalism in English.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Completion of a one‑way video interview.
• Availability for the scheduled training and onboarding.
